Why Is It Jumping?

I have two green corydoras in a 29 gallon tank.and for some reason the wont stop jumping out of the water.they are also twirling aroung each other.there are no bullies in the tank.and they have no visible deseases. thanks for any help. :D

When you say twirling around each other do they make a T formation? They could be trying to spawn, but honestly hard to make a call like that based on that information right now.
