Rainbow cichlids

Rainbow Cichlids - Does anyone have any experiance or opinions on these fish? There doesn't seem to be much first-hand info on them! Any info would be appreciated...

I actually like these fish alot. Although i only have africans i started with 2 rainbows. They are pretty slow growers but can hold their own against other more aggressive fish, even some africans. To me they were easy to breed and reliable on not eating their babies. Good luck with them!
