First question:
I want to get a decent pic of my catfish he/she is of the sydontis <Sp> family, however I have managed one lucky screen capture of him and it's bad. I was wondering what people would think of me using a small clear cricket holder with tank water long enough to capture a decent pic of my catfish.

I am basically wondering if my initial instinct and worry is correct, that I would be stressing the fish too much over nothing.

Second question:
I know planet catfish is the place for iding catfish, but I was curious if I wanted to put up a pic for iding on here where should I put it?

Thanx in advance folks

I'd do it without worrying much about stress. That's the way they take specimen pictures in the field. You can use a piece of clear plastic to limit his swimming area if necessary during the shooting.

I'd put the picture here in the Catfish/Others forum.
