marble pleco & hair algae

i have hair algae that im trying to get rid off in my 125 gallon tank......i know that not all type of plecos will consume hair algae............will a marble pleco eat it? if u have any suggestions of fish that are safe to go with tanganyika community and will eat hair algae i'll be happy to hear the solutions thx

as far as i know the only algae eater that eats hair algae is a siamensis. not sure if it would like the high pH though

Marble plecos are a gibby species, so pretty much just a common. it will not consume algae.
