Thanks, I'm celebrating by dragging all of my kids to a seminar on setting up fish tanks being held by one of my fish clubs. :D

My club, the Oklahoma City Aquarium Association, had an open seminar on the setting up of a new tank. Lots of interesting comments from many knowledgable aquarists and lots of free stuff from the Seachem rep that attended. We were trying to encourage getting the right start for new fish keepers. Each attendee got a ticket for a door prize and we had enough for everyone to win at least one item. Since I brought my two sons we ended up with 3 prizes:

500 mL Seachem Prime
600g Seachem Malawi Victoria Buffer
450g Seachem Cichlid Lake Salt

Nice haul for hanging out with a bunch of people that like the hobby as much as I do. Luckily, I was the only primarily African cichlid enthusiast there. We should have a fish auction at the next meeting in April. I'm bringing in Neolamprologus brichardi and Neo. multifasciatus, plus fancy guppies. Hopefully, I'll get something interesting in return.
