Hi guys, i was wondering if anyone on here could point me in the direction of victorian cichlids in the south uk near portsmouth. Does anyone know anyone breeding or shops selling good quality.

I would like to start breeding some and want to know i am getting correct pairings as well

Regards

Peter

I don't know about the UK.

How's your French?

I'm a "lurker" there and they have some nice fish.

I could make some inquiries if you want (moi, je parle français). they have some nice fish just across the channel from you!

Thanks for that, its a good site, my french is pritty poor but i can make a bit out.

Not sure how easy it would be to get fish accross the border though.

They would be better able to put you in touch with other vic enthusiasts. I believe that there was a gathering last year in Leeds of some of the European hobbyists.

Exactly. They're frequently refering to fish that they got in Germany or Belgium or in the UK. They're indeed in touch.

One of their members used to post here and speaks English. I forget his name on that site, though. So I guess that's not much help...
