UMMM Petsmart employees

Let just keep this a secret at this forum but this is the best news I have heard in a while. I went to petsmart as I was passing by with intentions of picking up a new impellor for my ac300. I asked them and they said they do not sell the parts usually. They said if it is broken bring it back and they will give me a new one. I said it was old and I do not have the receipt, nor did I buy it there. They said.....get this bring it in anyway as it was hagen policy and theirs to replace it.

I brought 2 of them in quite skeptical, and guess what. I have 2 ac 300's new. I was blown away. This is the best news I have heard. :shock:

Just bring the whole thing in and tell them the problem. They make you fill out a quick form and that is it. I have all new respect for Petsmart

wow! what Petsmart was this at? i work at a Petsmart in michigan, but i don't think our store allows us to do this. Maybe our managers are just mean :) what a great thing, maybe our store will start doing it soon.

I am in Calgary. I knew there was a couple of Petsmart employees on the board. I am in Canada. The manager said it was their corporate policy though.. Interesting

I just read this post also. ReesaPie works at the Petsmart in Traverse City I assume. I live in Traverse City and go to that Petsmart all the time. I just IM'ed ReesaPie, not sure if I'll get a reply being that this thread is older than dirt, lol.

i've been working for petsmart for 4 years off and on, and am currently. they have the most lenient return policy ever... don't need a receipt or anything. it's all about making the customer happy
