new mbuna tank [Archive] - Cichlid Forums

just finished my new mbuna tank. its been running for a week now in full stock. 31 fishes in all including a pleco. its fins have been nipped though. i'm wondering if its ok to add a crayfish.

A cray fish could possibly consume some fish and when it molts more than likely it will be consumed itself. In all honesty I wouldn't do it.

I have a crayfish in a tank with african cichlids and he has been fine and has molted about 5 times.
