You'd have to make this yourself and to be honest I don't believe it to be worth your time.

The whole point of doing water changes and vacuuming the gravel is that you need to get those nitrates out of the tank & replace with clean water. Sorry, but if you want your fish to live you're eventually going to have to do some work. :)

i do a fifty percent water change every three days sometimes 5 when im busy . i do a 100% water change every 2 1/2 weeks . i just thought it would be a idea for a hooseless undergravel filter

dude you should never do a 100% water change. I would say 50% should be the max.

i know it stresses out the fish and some your throw away helpful bacteria. but the gravel looks nice . ive only done the 100% waterchange once. ever since i was told (water changes are critical) i used only do the 50 percent water change . oh yeah i guess i now can have a python i talked it over with my gf . my fish are fine didnt really see a change in behavior

Yeah, but your gravels not going to look nice when its littered with dead fish.
Since you're getting a python though & you like to keep your tank clean you can do frequent small water changes. Maybe vacuum the gravel every other day & remove about 25 - 30% of the water. Your fish will thrive & your tank will look as clean as you seem to like.
Also, if your gravel is looking that dirty, you might need more filtration. I don't know your tank spec.s but you might want to post your tank size, stock, and filter. Then someone who's more of a filter geek than me can tell you if its enough. :)
