electric blue! Should I or shouldn't I.

Hi I have a 45 gallon tank fish 6 african cichlids in it. there is a ice blue red top zebra, a electric yellow, a colbalt blue, a chipokea, two more not sure, but they are mbuna. I was wondering could I put an electric blue in there or will it not be good thanks.

sometimes you can get away with it. you are probably going to have some problems with the mix that you already have---the yellow lab and the chipoake are at opposite ends of the aggression scale. the haps generally have a better chance when they are housed with labs or rusties.

Give it a try, purchase an active adult, If you only have 1 tank make sure the lfs is open the next day :lol:

I keep Haps and Mbuna and have no issues to speak of.

You'll never know till you try, keep your water quality high. Rearrange the tank before introducing the peacock. Feed fish lightly just after intro.
