Male Albino Krib, whats going on?

My male kribensis lately has red marks around it's mouth, and "lips" and he's become more of a redish pink color around his bottom half.

Now i'm guessing this is from locking jaws with my female krib? Since that is the only other cichlid in the tank? But I'm not sure

I'm not sure with albinos, but on a regular krib the colors will become brighter and they get pretty aggressive before spawning. Mine started out by attacking any fish that got near their cave and I noticed their bellies seemed incredibly vibrant. The female used to attack the male (not bad though) before he was ready to spawn. Once he figured out what she wanted they started getting along fine.
