:D Noticed Chalinochromis fry today, FINALLY!!!
I noticed Rudy's thread on "Big Americans" this time a year.
In this part of the world it seems to be "Little Africans" I have five batches now and two mothers holding :shock:

Something pretty neat I observed tonight.
Well first of all I was worried about the male picking off the small fry :roll:
On the contrary, after feeding time he would shimmy his body through the gravel up current of the fry so all the small particles of food would float down current to the fry. Just another observation into the amazing parental behavior of cichlids :wink:

I hear ya on the video, I don't even dare take photographs of this tank cause the parents are so touchy, they constantly watch every move I make.
Maybe after they have a few batches :D
