I'm new to this forum, but whatever.

I was wondering how to take pictures of my fish without the flash showing up on the glass. For some reason, I can't find any type of function on my digital camera to shut off the flash.

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, I just figured since this had to do with photography I thought I would post it here.

I also searched for a thread on here and coudldn't find one.

Thanks a bunch.

This is certainly a good place to post such a question. What make and model is your camera?

Not sure what to add considering you got the attention of our resident photo expert.

Ideas you can try taping a piece of white paper over the flash to mute it, and then take your picture at an agle to the glass so the reflection goes away from the camera lense.

If you do provide us with the make and model of camera then we canpoint you in the dirrection of your manual.

Here is a web page that shows the button to select and what flash icon needs to appear in the window to turn the on camera flash off. It applies to all C level models of the Easyshare system.
