Ok, I have decided to go with basically all peacocks into a 120 gal tank...
I've already picked out a few that I like

So I have those 4 basically picked out and I want to get the small ones(non sexed) I have a 5 inch peacock now(what kind I have no clue) and a soco(about 1 inch light blue with black trim) in a 29 gal tank until I get the 120 gal up and running...I will also probably purchase some other more common peacocks from the local fish place...

Now my peacock generally leaves the soco alone and doesn't nip at him, so I figure the peacock will be the same if not less aggressive in a new bigger tank...all the peacocks when full grown should get along...but what about the soco is he gonna turn into a nasty tank dominate fish?

Also how easy is it to breed these peacocks??...I want to get 2 or 3 of each so I hopefully get at least one pair of male and females...I figure I can take the pregnant one out than and put it in the than empty 29 gal...

I'd pick the German Red or Eureka Red, not both. try to find peacocks that are as dissimilar in appearance as possible.

Your other choices look primo to me. I would'nt purchase unknown fish species from the lfs. Know your stock. All this said with all the hormones running around a tank like that you will really never know if you have a true strain. I would by a 55 or 29 and limit yourself to 1 species if breeding is of interest to you.

I have a mixed Hap tank, and the only Mbuna I have are four Albino socolfi, IMO I would'nt worry about that. You will never know how you currrent peacock will react to his new settings until he is in there.

I hope this makes sense

Yeah I heard about the colors being the same can cause problems but aren't most peacocks blue...Whats the basis for how close the shades have to be...My peacock is blue black and light yellow streaks in the fin...So I guess an all electric blue peacock is out or are the different enough since he won't have black stripes and yellow fins?

I went to the fishman in DE today and say my soco except full grown...very very pretty....so I'm happy about that...

Thanks for the help so far Matt1066 :D

Don't stress about the species you choose, unless breeding is your goal.

You already have a 29 that you can use to breed a single Aulonocara species. Pick your favorite and do it in the 29.

Use your larger tank as a show tank, most of the fry produced in a heavily populated tank will shrink to almost zero through predation.

purchase whatever fish you want and then through obsevation choose the one that most appeals to you and then breed. Just be careful that you dont mix-up the species as the "Reds" could get you confused and you will end up with hybrids, which in my opinion only serve to dilute the purity of a given line.

Keep us posted. "The joy is in the journey".

They all can "inter-breed"

I have about 5-6 variations of Alonocara in my tank, they seem to get along well.

They are pretty good community tank species in general.
