Hate to bring bad news to you all....
but I thought you should know, because I do truly hold this place and the people here dear.
We lost our baby in pre-term contractions over a week ago. We are devastated but have done much crying. This is the first chance I have been able to get back to some sort of normal. I really can't say more, I just wanted my friends here to know what is going on.

i am honored that you feel close enough to us to share your pain with us. we rejoiced with you when you told us that the baby was coming, and we grieve with you and your wife now. there are no words that can make it better or easier for you...but just know that there are people who are projecting caring and warmth to you both.

Overawed...there are no words to express my sadness for you and your wife. My prayers and thoughts go out to you both.
I have not been a part of this forum for very long, but the people here are wonderful and I am sure they will all, like me, keep you and your wife in their thoughts.
To share the burden with others helps make it a bit lighter.
Hopes for the return of peace and happiness to your lives.

It is heartbreaking to read the news you've chosen to share with us. For whatever bit of comfort it's worth, we're here for you and your wife to the humble extent we can be. I say that both as your friend and as part of your extended online family.
Hugs to you both.

OW. There is no way to tell you how sorry my wife and I are for you and your family. Take care and give your wife a hug.

Thank you all... I am still crippled, hence my abscense but I do intend to be back soon to talk of Red Top Aristachromis and Petrotilapias and such.
While I will never recover from this, but I will not let loss rule my life. I plan on living a happy and fun life. Just have to let this run its course. Daisy deserves nothing less.
Thank you all again. You truly all make this one of the best places on the web.
