Foggy eye!!!

one of my fish has some sort foggy looking spot on his eye can any one tell me what it is and how do you treat it???

check your ph and your water parameters--if you are overdue on a water change, do it now. i would treat the cloudy eye condition with aquarium salt and melafix.
