[color=blue:68007b3e49]HI!! :lol:

I got this fish in September when he was just a little guy, now he is bigger and the people I got him from said he was a Jack Dempsey, well looking at pictures of other Jack Dempsey, I think he is not!! Then I went to a pet shop looking for what he could be, and they had one fish there, similar, which was the Jewel Cichlid, but that fish had three black dots along its body, mine only has ONE black spot behind his ears..?? What in the world do I have here?? The coloring is very similar, hes got the bright blue little spec things all over his body, and the reddish/pink on his dorsal fin and top of the tail... so.. I am stumped.. :roll: help?? I've been trying to post a pic, but can't do it, so here is a web adress of a fish who looks exactly like mine, minus the black spot near the tail..

thank you in advance!

Hi Jullien

To have your photo show up here (or anywhere else on the Internet, for that matter), it must first be uploaded as a file (usually jpg or jpeg) to a server connected to the Internet. If you don't have access to your own server space (take a look at the cichlidgallery.com "sticky" in either of the Gallery forums), you can send the image to photos-at-cichlidforums.com (replace the -at- with @), and I'll post it for you.

(The subject line must be exactly as written in the private message I've sent; otherwise, the server will reject the e-mail.)
