i think that the shell-dweller neolamprologus multifasciatus also forms colonies.

I just got rid of a nice colony of Julidochromis transcriptus (less of a colony and more of a family group; the siblings are tolerated and help raise their younger brothers and sisters).

If you're into big fish, try a colony of Frontosa.

The are a number of haremetic Geophagus types.

Many to choose from.......
