Pretty Nasty

Hi guys....The is "Little Blue"...She resides in my 150g with about 30 or so other Malawian roomates...A few days ago I noticed a wound on her lower jaw that has gotten increasingly worse...She's not eating but other than that and the wound shes acting normal...Her energy level is way up...I moved her to a 55g tank with about 25 small fry...I first thought that this was some kind of fungus but on closer inspection this looks more like a wound...A week or so ago she was fighting with a larger auratus and it appeared they may have locked-up mouths...I didn't notice any wounds after the fight, but I can't say I looked very close at the time...Although the picture makes her look like her mouth is open it is in fact closed...The red spot is a piece of skin missing...If anyone knows what this is or what I can do for her please let me know.

if it is a wound, melafix and salt are good treatments.
