also got a Cryptoheros sp. 'Cutteri' that I'm not sure is going to make it. His mouth is a little funny. It stays open like there's something stuck in his throat. He seems to be eating ok and is defending his little clay pot so I'm crossing my fingers. Any help with this would be appreciated.
Now to the point of the thread. I also got an unidentified fish. I'm about 99% sure it's a Caquetaia species. Right now I'm leaning towards kraussi but I haven't ruled out spectabilis. There's a bit of color that doesn't show up in the pics. A few of the scales on the head and sides are a metallic blue color. There are only a few of these but they could be the beginning of a spectabilis coloring up. Anyway, I have no prior experience with any Caquetaia species so anyone that's kept them or is familiar that can take a guess then I'm all ears. :D
