LOL - my last count she has 30+. The male currently has babies by 3 females. He's running himself ragged trying to keep the julidochromis from the nests - he is trying to guard all of them!

That's funny. My male ornatipinnis is in the same spot right now with 3 females all having fry. He is lazy though and only guards the female that is closest to his shell. He only occasionally goes and checks on the other two.
