Merry Christmas. Just picked one up unexpectedly.
I have never seen them for sale here before.
Anybody else kept them?

Have owned several over the years. One of the toughest of the large pims to keep. Likes to sit in current all day and becomes active at night. Hard to get off live food but will take silversides or krill from a feeding stick.
Bigmocats, I love your website. Amazing cats.

Thanks Rudy! Some of the pics are a bit dated(within the last year or so) so some of the fish are quite a bit bigger, some have moved on to other hobbyists or a public aquarium and some have gone to that great aquarium in the sky. Now have 17 tanks totaling about 1500g.

You are from Seattle??
Can you list what you have right now. I am a huge predatory cat fan. All I have room for right now is the juruense. My Malapterurus electricus, a 2 foot ps Niger a bunch of smaller cats such as batraglanis Ranius, Hemibagrus wickiodes (at the moment).
My cichlid take up real estate.
I am in hopes of getting a bolt cat by March. I got a lead on one.

Presently I have 2 rtc's, 2 tsn's, 1 planiceps, 1 tsn/rtc hybrid, 1 marmoratus(longibarbus) and 1 tigrinus. Also some smaller pims - B. imitator and B. marthae.
No, St. Louis.
