We had another tight contest with maybe five photos rated within two decimals points of each other. Those who followed the voting while it was visible no doubt noted that two photos--Blair's Protomelas ornatus and rybatron's Parachromis managuensis--ran neck and neck throughout the contest.
The result? A dead heat. Both photos ended up with a 3.8 rating.

Problem: There is only one prize, one filter, so you two will have to decide who gets the media compartment and who gets the intake.
