I'm setting up another tank hospital/fry tank.
Right now I have a fish with the bloat, I also have two shells full of fry.
Wich one would you save?
Female Copadichromis Kadango/ or Vittatus fry/ Calvus fry.

Tough dilemma... you couldn't set up two tanks? Even if it's just a bowl for the fry for a couple weeks? That's what I ended up having to do -- I was getting ready to move when the fry came, and couldn't set up my 10g in the old apartment 'cause it was cycling in the new one. I just bought a cheap plastic container and dropped a sponge filter in it for the fry.

Thats a good idea Chris, but I'll be moving moms with the fry, it will probaly still work with the moms, what size container? what kind of sponge filter?
Here's another dilema, I only have 2 tanks that have the green silicone from the clout, I want to use the clout for the bloat but I don't want to stain the tank I just setup. The other two stained tanks one has Angels the other Chalinochromis Brichardi that I think (pray) are breeding.
Any suggestions?

The Walmart near me selling 10g tanks for $20 US - that might be your best bet if mom's in with them. The sponge filter I'm talking about is just an airline tube running into a spongy thing that promotes the growth of bacteria. You'll probably need to let it bubble in your main tank for a few days to seed it, though.
If you don't want to get that fancy with a real tank and all, rubbermaid makes some dish-drainers that might work temporarily (don't use garbage cans - not enough surface area exposed to the air).
Finally, if you want to treat you fish without staining a tank, go with the rubbermaid and a sponge filter for him, too. Keep the rubbermaid around for next time, or throw it away - they're like $5US.

Thanks for the suggestions Chris, I'll see what I can find tommorrow. I think I'll throw the sick Cop. into the rubbermaid if she's not to far gone already, move the juvenilles into the 29g, move the mothers&fry into the divided ten.

Well she's definitley alive and kickin I was reaching over the rubbermaid to get the dogfood and she jumped halfway across the room.
I've treated her for five days and she's rested two still can't tell if she's eating I'll put her in the 125g tommorrow see how she does.

Same experience (with a 33 gal, damn it) taught me to appreciate the beauty of black silicone.

It sure would be nice if they would let you know it stains everything.
Good news she's eating and her bloated abdomen is gone. You know someone told me years ago that clout is the best for about everything.
I followed VatoElvis's article to the tee, and it looks like it worked :D
